This is #PorcelainBerry. An horribly invasive, destructive vine. Covers and kills everything underneath it, trees and all. Makes me sad. Not many people care to do anything about it!
The beautiful berries also kill native birds: they eat their fill and starve over winter. Zero nutritional value.
