In this particular episode where the screenshot is from, Soobin has a guest (who is an actor) who is into K-pop and gives him a history lesson on K-pop. The context for why he does this pose was because he was talking about how Hueningkai (another member of TXT) does the best aegyo out of all of them and proceeds to demonstrate.
