I accidentally used #Priceline to book a hotel reservation online. What an awful, awful company and experience. Mad at myself for moving to quickly online and not noticing I was booking through that complete hot mess of a company!!

Made a non-refundable hotel reservation successfully. Then, I went to the hotel and found the hotel sign says NO VACANCY and no one at reception. It is so annoying on the phone with priceline but not going to cancel and refund us.
