And in The Witch of Eden Hollow, Elias has a familiar that takes the form of a brown tabby cat. Her name is Sage!

Due to a high risk of work-related death Milos doesn't have any pets, but when he gets his house he feeds a local stray cat.

Yve has no pets, but in his city people have bred cat-sized fancy rats. (Cats remain cat-sized.)

Gabe's parents have a cat, and he sees ghost pets quite often.

Jane’s aunt and uncle have a pair of cats! The true overlords of Ulraster Castle, Felice and Tabimoko! They have an entire room as a playground within their private quarters, with cat trees and toys!

In The Need for Dandelions, there is a very cute little blink fox named Muffin who likes to invade Galen's house! He's blue and white, can teleport, and loves baked goods!

The Faelings have "adopted" (it's still mostly feral) a tabby that pops in and out of their hideout. They named it "Thief."

More of a casual companion than a cuddly pet.
