Some of the over-winter onions I planted today. These have been growing indoors under a grow light for about the last couple months.
Mixed greens I harvested today including arugula, spinach, chard, cabbage, lettuce, kale, mustard, and beet greens, plus “microgreens” from beets and radishes that were thinned.
Planted ~50 garlic cloves and ~50 red and yellow over-winter onions today. Whew!
First time trying onions this way, so I’m excited to see what happens.
And even though I harvested a nice-sized bag of mixed greens, I’m gonna go eat an enormous cheeseburger.
