There are no signs that the #eruption sequence on #Sundhnúksgígaröð, on #Iceland's #Reykjanes Peninsula, is coming to an end - despite the slow speed of #magma accumulation.

Around 120 #earthquakes have been detected in the #swarm on the #Reykjanes Ridge since midday yesterday. The largest struck at 4:30 pm and measured magnitude 4.4. It is the largest recorded in the area since September.
