Finally admitting (after over a decade of gradually becoming more cold intolerant) that Mom's #Reynauds very likely did not, in fact, skip me.
I already have her grey hair, my grandma's migraines, and my other grandma's hips. Isn't that enough? Hypermobility - who knows who that came from.
I juggle many a #chronicillness - #endometriosis, #spondyloarthritis, #PTSD, #migraines, #neuralgia, #reynauds and many other inflammatory conditions - and am a breast #cancer survivor, just out of remission.
Lots of rest, plenty of tea, heat packs, and kitty cuddles keep me keeping on.
