Recorded my 4000th UK species: Phytosciara flavipes. Not the most impressive looking species, I collected this #Sciaridae gnat in 2016 and finally identified it last week

#StayAtHome #entomology decided to identify the black fungus gnats #Sciaridae living in plant pots on my bedroom windowsill. Got as far as Bradysia, the most speciose genus. Can anyone help with a species? #Diptera
