Shrimp #scrambledeggs with cheddar cheese. Tossed minced garlic, green onions, and shallots into the mix. I'd generally use white onions instead of shallots, but the family is (sadly) not big on onions. 😢 Good reviews overall. Also, I prefer white rice over bread with my eggs. 😋
