Did a normal fitness day. Forty minutes on the Treadmill. Increased the incline by point five percent. Didn't do much after that today. Just sort of relaxed. Got an oil change. Need to work on both vehicles some as I go.

Yeah, four day/ten hour shifts suck. Can't get to the gym in the morning when I am rested. Can barely do anything when I get off and still get home in time to get anything done beyond packing my bag for the next day.
But its Friday now and I am back to normal schedule.

Just went easy today at the Gym. 25 minutes on the treadmill. The real fun starts tomorrow as I do 10 hour days because we talk Good Friday off. I really should take that study Bible put of its box and start at Page 1.

Did a 30 minute workout circuit at the Granbury Planet Fitness. Basically is a red light/green light setup and you do the circle of machines. Then did 20 min on the Treadmill at 2% incline 3.2 MPH.

Didn't quite get into the gym like I should have this morning hut did make some progress. I am noticing that the last few days at work the freight scale seems to indicate a steady decline in weight.
Whether this loss is water weight only due to the increased heat or actual fat [β¦]

So had a bit of a fall off over the weekend. Happens when the body refuses to stop hurting. So did a little recovery these last two days.
