These are the Sons of Tuireann, characters from one of the Sorrowful Tales of Erinn, an Irish mythology book. On the left is green, the leader of the three, in the middle is Iuchar, the basic middle child with a vanity problem, and all the way to the right is Iucharba, the quiet youngest son.
