Creation and Combat A threat within the starverse that was suppressed begins to return, ushering in the appearance of those created and needed to defeat it in Star Evolution by Evanjellan. As the Demon Lord fought the Ouroboros, a Cyber beast, they were unable to defeat it but instead tore it apart and sealed it across the stars of the starverse. To protect the starverse and the lives of those who inhabit it, a system was created to produce candidates of warriors who might be able to defeat the Ouroboros, which has come to be worshiped by some as a snake god over the many intervening years.
