今天把昨天同一個沒跳完的階梯課程接著跳完。

背面帶自黏作用的止滑墊（原本是用來保護木地板用的地墊）效果不錯，階梯終於不會亂跑，不知道多次撕貼後黏性可以撐多久。

10/28受傷開始就幾乎沒運動。

週二拆線，昨天開始正常洗臉。右膝終於跪地不會劇痛只有微痛、左膝深處瘀血還沒褪完，覺得可以動了，今天先運動30分鐘。
