I have quite a lot of small pearls at this point. Should really be using them! (Though they are kinda nice in a pile like that not gonna lie)

A hand holding a stoneware clay fish pendant. It's a simple fish design, flat, with patterns squished in. It's coloured with blue, transparent glaze on the body and a shifting blue-green glaze on the fins.

The glaze on the fins worked so well!!

Amaco... Arctic Blue? I think. With some overlap with "Sky" on the body. The fish was first washed with blue engobe to make the details more visible.

The ball from previous photo, here on it's side to show that its' shape is more like a rounded top half of an egg. Here it's leaning on a similar, though less pointy shape, which has a different and more noisy pattern with specks of red.

These were tests, first and foremost. To see how the glaze would work together with the textures/patterns. I have since these photos done a bit more with both of them, and more work is needed, but I like the texture. At least of the blue one. It's a bit mesmerizing.

Recently finished clay fish pendants! I wanted to make something really simple and I like how these turned out. Planning to make more of them and use a lot of different glazes!

A stoneware clay pendant, 38x38mm. I used engobes together with glazes to attempt to get a copper patina look in the middle, and more of a rusty look on the edges. I think it's pretty neat! Definitely trying again with more things.

A small ceramic box with a lid, less than 4cm long. It's in the shape of a stylized ladybug. On the left it is closed, on the right I'm holding up the lid.

My first container with a lid! It makes a nice sound when you put the lid on. That faint clay against clay click.
The dots are glazed, the rest is just clay paint. At first I planned to add details in acrylics but now I think it's fine as it is.

A first batch. Want to make some with horns and many eyes and other things as well, but gotta start somewhere.
The old one was the most fun to make! I like sculpting wrinkles.
