Norway also experienced strong winds from #StormAshley. The strongest main network recorded gust appearently was 184 km/h (114 mph) at Drammen Berskog ( 8 m ) but that measurement seems suspect, which would make it the 166 km/h (103 mph) gust at Krakenes ( 41 m ).(2/2)

The overall strongest gust from #StormAshley was 194 km/h (121 mph) on Scotland's tallest mountain Ben MacDui, where a 144 km/h (89 mph) 10 min mean wind was also observed. The strongest low-lying gust was in Tyre in the inner Hebrides at 126 km/h (78 mph). (1/2)
