Lemon sugar cookies with a cup of tea and the cookbook
Stir-n-drip sugar cookies 2eggs 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp grated lemon rind. Whisk together wet ingredients then stir in 3/4 cup white sugar Sift in: 2 cups all purpose white flour 2 tsp baking POWDER 1/2 tsp salt I double the vanilla and add the juice of half a lemon as well Drop spoonfuls 2" apart, dust with white sugar, bake at 400 8-10 minutes

Two loaves of homemade loaf bread that are a nice golden brown colour, each one with three slits across the top. The loaves are decently shaped and well risen & well baked. They look delicious. They are sitting at top a nickel covered cooling rack which is on top of a fake wood counter.
