Tachibana is standing almost straight up in the nude, bent just slightly forward as he penetrates Kiryu. His arm is forward, resting over one of Kiryu's shoulders as he braces his hand against the edge of Kiryu's jaw and also forces Kiryu's head back. Kiryu is bent a little more sharply forward at the hips, his knees are braced against the end of a mattress and his thighs are probably splayed to lower himself down to align with Tachibana. His head is thrown back, lips open with a face of either ecstasy or pain, shoulders high, his arms almost dangling below him to press down against the mattress with the tips of his fingers.
