Busy w/e for #teamfabian4 A run in N Carneddau on Sat followed by busy day timing #Loveswimrun's #Welshwinterswim at Llanberis on Sun. c. 200 brave slightly bonkers (?!) hardy swimmers taking on the icy waters of Llyn Padarn-such a fun friendly vibe & such a well-organised event!

1/2 of #teamfabian4 did #trailbytorchlight race on Friday eve. I always love #mountainrunning in the dark - #oureaevents #marmotdarkmountainsnightmountainmarathon at the end of Jan was always one of our faves, such a shame it's another MM that's bitten the dust.

#teamfabian4 had busy w/e at opp ends of Wales. Mr F4 had a gd run at Fan Brycheiniog #fellrace & on the blue at SBOC's Cribarth event. I battled thro storms on Pedol Peris-embarassed to win 1st F60 despite huge nav error coming off y Garn(a mountain I know so well)in zero viz. Gotta be #inittowinit
