Simple Blueprint setup I use to help debug animations in UE5. Sets multiple hotkeys for different time dilation speeds, press the same key again to toggle back to normal.

How do you animate wind?

Noise node! Use it to drive rotation axis of the control, adjust Frequency; Frequency Ratio; Depth Max parameters etc. Animate Time attribute.

If the rig doesn't have dynamics, bake the curve, paste and offset!
