My #stoma #telescoped a bit yesterday (Fr 16 JA), but thankfully I was able to #detelescope it. When my stoma telescopes it's a physically & emotionally stressful aucurence that drains me of a significant portion of my physical & mental energy. #ileostomy

My #stoma #telescoped a bit today, but thankfully I was able to get it #unelescoped. Sadly though it's since gotten a bit hard & swollen necessitating a change to a new #OstomyBag that ended up needing to be held on by some strong #SkinTape. All this has left me feeling a wee #frustrated.
