The #OstomyBag I put on yesterday didn't even last 24 hours due to my #stoma being a bit hard & swollen. My new ostomy bag's circumference is 37 mm x 32 mm. My stoma's most vertical point was 28 mm & its most horizontal point was 30 mm. Hope it shrinks some. Feeling #frustrated. #OstomyBagSystem
My #stoma #telescoped a bit today, but thankfully I was able to get it #unelescoped. Sadly though it's since gotten a bit hard & swollen necessitating a change to a new #OstomyBag that ended up needing to be held on by some strong #SkinTape. All this has left me feeling a wee #frustrated.

Some days I empty my #OstomyBag when it's a wee bit full, & other days I let it get really full 1st cause I'm tired of spending time on the toilet. But like tonight, sometimes my really full ostomy bag leaks before I can empty it. We can only handle what we can handle. #leakage
-4 out of 10 bad was my #stoma #telescoping yesterday. It was a struggle but after removing my #OstomyBag & with lots of poking & shoving I manged to get it back to it's proper untelescoped state & then put a new ostomy bag on. I never ever wanna go through anything even remotely like that again.
🧼 I have to thoroughly wash all the chlorine off my skin and scalp to avoid a #psoriasis flare and ensure quick hydration of the skin. Plus, I have to completely dry my #OstomyBag - because nobody wants a damp crotch situation.
Waking up to the results of your #OstomyBag having burst while you slept is never fun, & when it's a farly full ostomy bag that has bust there's an added level to the experience. #OstomyBagSystem #ileostomy #ostomy #stoma #soiled

This past night I hadda change my 2 day old #OstomyBag 'cause it leaked due to my current & 5th #stoma having shrunk from a diameter of 33 mm to 1 of 30 mm. #OstomyBagSystem
My current & 5th #stoma was 39 mm when I got my 1st #OstomyBag chamge during my #ileostomy revision #surgery recovery in the hospital. & today it's shrunk to 33 mm, but it won't stay that size for long as it's shrinking farly fast.
When I go home, I'll be using the same model of #OstomyBag as I did before my #ileostomy revision #surgery. #OstomyBagSystem ##stoma
