Much queerness. A sassy as fuck creature. Very folk horror. I do wish the vourdalak hadn't been a puppet, as it pulls you out of the tale when it's on screen, but other than that, no notes. Would make an excellent stage play. 9/10

A quick update on the old man’s coat. I still need to dye it a dusty brown using sunflower seeds. Experiment time! Then the fur will be added and lastly his scarf.

Decided to watch The Vourdalak again to really enjoy the details. Sobbed through the ending. Didn't on the first watch, but only after knowing what transpires and the tragedy unfolding unbeknownst to the Marquis.

I highly recommend #TheVourdalak to anyone who enjoys horror. Incredible.
