I used to be embarrassed by my love of #writing #romance but now that I'm in my #thirties, I've learned that #sexuality is a part of good health, staying true to myself means pursuing my interests, and there are terrible things in the world but #erotica is not one of them!

Focusing on daily tasks is always difficult for me. I don't know why. It has always been like that. I always have random thoughts that distract me and I can't focus whenever I'm supposed to do something. I also get a lot of bad memory moments as well. Then I get distracted by something else and boom, back to square zero. I may or may not be ADHD. My doctor has requested the mental health center for an appointment with a psychiatrist anyway. Maybe that person could help me figure out why my brain works like that. Sure, there's anxiety and depression, but I've been like this even before I started having panic attacks and feeling doom and gloom all the time after my twenties. Though, my doctor thinks I might have developed Avoidant Personality Disorder and Dependant Personality Disorder over the past few years as well. I'm thinking about working on that... but I'm not sure if I want to follow her advice and get my beginner's licence for cars. Riding a car scares the hell out of me. I still remember the accident we almost had many, many years ago while riding home. The sun was so flashy and there was a huge truck blocking which we almost crashed in. Only my father and I would've survived... which is quite ironic, considering he passed away about a year or two after that incident. You can guess easily why I'd rather stay home, where I feel safe. Although, the isolation I feel sometimes is driving me nuts. I'm close to my forties now, and I'm urging to have more connections in my life. A few friends at least so I would feel less lonely in my region. Sorry, but family doesn't really count... I see them every day. And as much as I love them, I need something more... for myself.
