Top 2/3 of the photo is open sky, with strata of clouds across the horizon. The layers at the top of the photo are grey, but closer to the horizon they have hints of other colors, including greyish red. The horizon itself has a large number of wind turbines. In the darkness, it is difficult to see much of the city, but there are many large concrete buildings below the horizon.
It time for a #ThrowbackThurdsay 9 o'clock photo.
