(Probably) unpopular opinion: I wish our academic society meetings were over 2-3 days max, during the week, in some centrally located city. Get in, work hard, get out.
Meetings are another #TimeToxicity. Being away from family so long is not great.
Always very happy to discuss cases with Primary Care (and other) colleagues - saves everyone time, *especially* the patient, when patients' time is the most spectacularly wasted resource in the healthcare system. #TimeToxicity
