The bearings on this 25 year old sculpture froze up a long time ago - it takes gale force winds to get it to turn. it's delightful to see it moving again but also brings a little anxiety about the power going out, which it did but for only about a minute. #trepidatiousjoy #windsculpture #pnwstorm
