I put my gazing balls on the porch in case we do get that 2" hail, although we're just on the fringe of where it's predicted. #PNWstorm

Continued warnings from NOAA on today's storm that should roll in this late afternoon! Keep an eye to the sky and updates and don't be outside in the hail and wind as severity of conditions can change instantly.

Posted on Facebook by Meteorologist Chris Nunley The post has two accompanying images of a map that shows the storm range from Portland, Oregon to Bellingham, Washington and from the Easter shore of the Puget Sound to the Cascade mountain range. It reads high storm energy wednesday afternoon, atmospheric spin potential. A strong spring storm system paired with near record warmth will lead to high amounts of storm energy and a level of atmospheric spin that will lead to spring thunderstorms and possible tornadoes in western Washington and possibly western Oregon Wednesday. Expect a lot of lightning, small hail, gusty winds and possibly a couple/few tornadoes. The wednesday date is referring to March 26th

Ok whoa this is actually ridiculous weather for us!
I'm going to assume massive power outages on Wednesday, so it's time to charge up all the devices and backups by tomorrow. I highly recommend everyone basically between Portland OR, to Bellingham WA to prepare for it.

Our power we out - heat, light,internet - Tuesday. It won't be restored until Monday. We're cold, can't cook, and can't run my 3yo granddaughter's pulmonary equipment. We've had invites to stay but maybe we should just get a battery for our solar. Are there any less$$$ Elon free options? #PNWstorm
