A chameleon, hedgehog character mix. Tsukuyomi is a failed genetic experiment by Eggman. He was initially made out of Scourge and Shadow's DNA. Due to a mishap between Cubot and Orbot, a portion of Espio's DNA slipped into the incubation tank, thus morphing Tsuki into what he is now. Eggman calls him an "abomination".
