Local walk with the woofer and an IPhone

A country lane in Aberdeenshire. Tall beech trees line each side, the early morning rain has darkened their trunks giving them a solemn profile. Brown leaves are scattered on the ground from leaf drop as a result of the summer drought. Still plenty of green leaves on the branches of the beech trees which cross the lane providing a slight canopy with dappled light seeping through.

From this mornings dog walk through the Udny Estate in Aberdeenshire. Rain in the night darkens the beech trunks and intensifies the greens and browns.
