And if you’re not sure where to find it, or have been confused by all the messages that conflate it with weakness, believe me when I tell you that it is actually our greatest strength and most accessible medicine. Empathy is what sprouts from the seed of Knowledge, which blooms into Love and fruits into the acts of nurturing upon which all that is good and beautiful turns. Knowledge is awareness of realities born of experience. It is not conjecture or opinion, but understanding from the conscious perception of Truth.
