This got me curious about how to expose the .Net Framework version of regular expressions in #VBA for #Excel and other #Office apps. So mostly as a learning project for myself, I used Visual Studio to create a DLL. Very simple, basically just exposing the usual System.Text.RegularExpressions methods

国土地理院のWebAPIで平面直角座標を緯度・経度に変換する奴をVBAで組んだらアクセス拒否されまして。
Microsoft XML, v6.0のMSXML2.XMLHTTP60だと駄目で、Microsoft WinHttp Service, version 5.1のWinHttp.WinHttpRequestだとアクセス出来ました。
ブラウザ偽装も入れてみましたがそっちはあってもなくても関係ありませんでした。
