It handles itself well, though, and you'll be thinking about the sugar and fruit not the alcohol. Sundried styles on Santorini are a lot of fun. This is perhaps not a great example, but a good one.

With some age, it's gone fully dark in color, but it also isn't decayed, just concentrated and caramelized. Absolutely delicious. Six years in barrel before release. Around $40 then for a 500ml. Just 11% alc. A bonus!
