This morning I am finding myself stuck in #WaitingMode. I decided to feed the birds while I'm waiting for my ride. I'm still dealing with depression, RSD and anxiety that started days ago. If my appointment wasn't needed I would stay home. This morning sucks

What do you do while stuck in #waitingmode? Today, I figured I could do things that kept me physically close to the thing I was waiting for. Like bake. In the kitchen. Where I can definitely hear the delivery man (our doorbell is Fickle). Also, #glutenfree #kingarthurflour #cookies turn out well!

I never go home for lunch.
In my 20's I thought I'd do what everyone else does and go home for lunch. I ate my sandwich and sat on the couch. Minutes later I turned on the television to pass the time. I couldn't enjoy it because I had to watch the time.
