This time I tried my hand at off-white or beige fur.

It turned out better than I’d expected! Painting the scar was really fun!

Trying to move away from Contrast paints and lean more into a traditional painting approach.
Still a lot to learn, but I’m enjoying the process so far.

Hrothgorn model from Hrothgorn's Mantrappers for Warhammer Underworlds - an ogre hunter wielding a massive crossbow with a bear trap attached to the bow with a chain to pull targets in. The ogre is shirtless, wearing straps to fasten the fur pelt he wears. The pelt has been folded over on side reveals the flesh underneath. He also wears trousers with a loincloth attached to the belt, a cloak under the pelt and iron shod boots

Progress on Hrothgorn from Hrothgorn's Mantrappers. Going to focus on the skin and face first since it is under everything else, then I'll work out wards. I did the cloak and the wood of the crossbow first since drybrushing can be messy

A trio of Gnoblar (small goblin like creatures) models from the the Warhammer Underworlds warband Hrothgorn's Mantrappers. The leftmost one is carrying multiple beartraps. The centre model consists of a gnoblar carrying another one on it's shoulders. The one on top is wielding a large stone club. The third is holding two large harpoons wnd looking angry. They are an olive green colour with red eyes and dressed in rags and furs

3 gnoblars models from the Warhammer Underworlds warband Hrothgorn's Mantrappers. They are small goblin like creatures with large noises. The left most one is running and carrying two bear traps. The middle model consists of a one gnoblar giving a piggyback to another which is raising a stone club. The third is aggressively brandishing harpoons. The models are at an early stage of painting with only colours blocked in and certain textured areas finished
