Just read '70s novel House Mother Normal and it put me in mind of the Endless Eight anime from Haruhi Suzumiya, in that it retells the same story repeatedly in different ways. Main differences are that Haruhi has more aliens & espers, and fewer dogs performing cunnilingus. #weebwednesday

I say this as someone who adores Re:Zero & best girl Rem, obviously. But…
On a close rewatch, Rem’s adoration & hero worship of Subaru is not well earned or well justified in the anime. It’s hella thin.
(Maybe better in the light novels? Haven’t read them.)

I'm happy to see some manga being licensed at all, but I want physical releases prioritized over digital.
I love being able to shop in new & used bookstores for my manga, & I like the option of selling old series to pay for new, & none on that can happen with digital only releases
