The data is extracted from from #Wikidata using their SPARQL API. It only includes places defined as "cities" that are twinned with other "cities", so you can expect a lot of twin "towns" and "villages" to be missing as well as other errors and omissions...

So one of his three daughters did helped with the creation of most the illustrations in his book ... but which one is a mystery! The fact she isn't named annoys me . So I've added a solution to the structured data of this book in #Wikidata.

WikiApiary is back online after having been down and overloaded for a long time.

Bawolff brought it back and did a ton of full stack performance work to optimise the whole system. Adding HTTP caching, tuning InnoDB, and more!
