Residents raise alarms about reservoir dredging, say turtles and fish are dying; administration says relocation and monitoring underway At a public comment session residents reported dead turtles and fish around the Clark Reservoir and urged township involvement. Business Administrator Jim Ulrich said the county project is being monitored by the DEP and county officials and that 4,126 fish were relocated to nearby ponds and rivers during the dredging operation.
