Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner dance a formal minuette-like dance, dressed in finer, matching outfits. Elizabeth has tropical flowers in her hair, most notably an orange tropical hibiscus and the blossom of the lignum vitae tree. These flowers and their colors are worked into the patterns of her dress. Will has a matching lilac colored ribbon queuing his hair and orange breeches to tie his outfit to Elizabeth's. Aside from a little bit of brocade at the hems of his coat, his outfit is simpler but still much nicer than the rags he wore in the first movie.

Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann dance a more energetic jig or reel together, dressed in lower-class clothing. Will is mostly in greys, but his waistcoat is subdued green and his socks a pale blue--much nicer than his outfit in the first movie, but still not wealthy by a long shot. Elizabeth is dressed in an orange petticoat, and is wearing a floral, quilted jumps instead of an outfit with boned stays. She's also wearing men's shoes--dressing for a humbler sort of comfort than in the first movie.
