Flu Fighting Tea. 1/4" Fresh Ginger, half a lemon, 1 tbsp honey, 3 cups hot water, 1 tsp tumeric, pinch cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp cloves. cinnamon stick. Add the ingredients to the pot and boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain and add 1 tbsp honey, drink whilst warm. @thriftyhomeandgarden
