I completed the Yorkshire three peaks challenge yesterday, on the summer solstice day! The weather was dreadful, with the heat wave followed by thunderstorms, but we made it… The beautiful views of the Yorkshire dales kept us going. #Yorkshirethreepeaks #trekking #Yorkshiredales
I did the #yorkshirethreepeaks for the first time. It took me 9 hrs and 15 minutes. Along the way I picked #litter. Bottles in dry walls, #wetwipes (contain plastic). Also these gel sachets opening clips. Considering the number of people walking, it's not much. But it's so unnecessary. #yorkshire

Super proud of ourselves today! We ran the #Yorkshire Three Peaks in just over 7 hours. 38.6km with 1585m is ascent. Not the greatest time ever, sure, but we finished it! And it was our biggest run! And the weather didn't suck! 😍

We (quite literally!) went the extra mile with our colleagues from the @HepatitisCTrust this weekend. Our consultants completed the #YorkshireThreePeaks with their amazing staff and volunteer peers to mark the start of the week leading up to #WorldHepatitisDay
