I've done this—the daily uncovering and covering to give plants a better start in spring. But I've done it only in my own little vegetable garden (about 35' by 50')—and not even on all of the beds. I can't adequately express my gratitude and respect for all farmworkers. #YouFeedUs. Thank you.

While I know some that don't, I ❤️ cilantro and eat it almost every day, so 🙏🏼 to all the farm workers harvesting cilantro in Ventura!
