It's misleading, & incorrectly states, "The City has invested at least $250,000 yearly since 2019 to improve Regina's pathway and bike lane networks."

Last time I biked downtown, I knocked on the passenger window of a driver who didn't have their headlights turned on so they had no taillights, when I caught up at a stop light. Then I saw he was on his cell phone 2 handed too. He thanked me.

The only time my helmet has been used to the point of breaking and saving my head, it was due to an inattentive driver smacking me with their van while accelerating into a turn when they were supposed to yield.

Boulevard between North and South side of Dewdney at Rose St. blocks the way for all but able bodied people, making people in wheeled devices to 2 blocks around to get across.
Got a call from the City today. They don't plan to finish the MUPathway until mid November or next year!

Absolutely fuming. A POS stole everything out of the Bike Regina shed, including its bike valet racks and bike trailer. It now has no way to generate revenue to improve cycling in our lovely bike-crime riddled city.

Going in that theme, they added one block of bike lane north of Victoria Ave., then have since reversed it for bus stops and ongoing construction woes. Instead of making the one block modern, they adopted the wrong design south of Vic Ave. ostensibly to not confuse drivers.

When the City of Regina builds this monstrosity, if they do include a bike lane as now promised (I don't believe it, with good reason), it will be the city's newest #YQRbike lane, but 100% of the population will have to bike at least 1500m to reach the Wascana Parkway end of it!

Pleasant surprise yesterday, the City of Regina actually replaced most of the broken delineation posts on Park St. #YQRbike lane this week.
Unfortunately not where the SUV driver keeps parking in the bike lane at the south end of it though.
