Delighted to find this drake Smew near Brigg this morning. Initially on a break between jobs and without optics, distant and flushed along with 11 Goosander by a small boat they flew towards Cadney Reservoir.

5 Snow Bunting reported at Cleethorpes yesterday midday. Also, an unconfirmed report of a Green-winged Teal at Whisby NR - if anyone is able to check this out and let us know, it would be appreciated. The Teal as a vertical white bar, rather than a horizontal one, see below. #lincsbirding
