I missed Wildflower Hour yesterday but here's some Cuckoo Flower (Cardamine pratensis) from NT Florence Court at the weekend.

The fields & road sides around here are full of it at the moment,which is wonderful to see.

Grass of Parnassus, Parnassia palustris, flowers a bit later and the centre of the flower is very different. I think you have a little Wood Anemone there with its leaves hidden by the vegetation.

A trio of Brassicas for this week's #wildflower challenge.

My visit to the stunning Bluethroat at Swineham yesterday also gifted me displays of Garlic Mustard with bursts of pink Honesty.

And today delicate Cuckooflower patrolled by Orange Tip butterflies - too flighty for a photo!
