Over the winter, we took care of these leaves, which were picked from the oak and mulberry trees in our grounds last autumn. They were used in a creative workshop we hosted in February 🍂

We have some very big volumes in the archives. To support their bindings, they need to be viewed on extra large cushion supports (which we call book sofas). Here's one that was used in the reading room recently to support a large scrapbook.

Last week we hosted a group from Cambridge Regional College, with a display focusing on various important historical events in the 20th C, including D-Day and Nuremberg, and an informative talk from our Conservators about the work they do. We hope they enjoyed it as much as we did!
