Last #halfmarathon of the year at the Spectacle in #Nelson #Nz. Perfect running weather with it being cool, dry and cloudy. It's a beautiful course and a lovely event, recommended!!

And back into events, a lovely day to do the Seddon Tussock Run 10k, with my warm up it was a 12k.

Foot was happy, such a relief! Plus Supercute lambs along the way 🥰

So fortunate about the low scale of impacts wasn't it! It took about 9 hours for the wave to reach our dart buoys here. No impacts fortunately and the threat was marine, though the advisories have only just been lifted, it's been seiching between here and South America, so takes a while to stop...

Streams were up for this after work #trailrun after more rain.

But work was full on overnight, responding to the marine #Tsunami warnings after the big quake in Russia, so the muddy run helped clear my head 😊

Well today was a tough event! Really cool though. #Wellington NZ Urban Ultra #Halfmarathon - was 22.6km according to my watch, and 1200m elevation. Ironically it's almost all #Trailrun. A mudfest too after all the rain but got to see the sun!
