After several self referrals in the last year, I finally received an appointment with physiotherapy. The problem is, I don’t know which referral it relates to, so I don’t know which bit of me it’s about!

Pletnas are traditional flat-bottomed wooden boats on the stunning Lake Bled, Slovenia. Rowed standing up by pletenars using oars called stehruder, they silently carry up to 20 passengers to Bled Island, a tradition dating to the 1500s.

Oh no need to apologise! :-). X. It was a #Sundaypix post for ‘birthday’. It was the only birthday picture I could find. I’m 60 next year so it wasn’t decades ago…I’m just well past 50 now :-). Happily so because it means I’m retired! 🥳🎉🍾

Watching a TV programme I recorded off the telly in 1985. Incredible nostalgia.
