As is traditition I did the Intermediate Maths Challenge in timed conditions so I can chat through my thoughts with my classes that sat it too! Harder than usual I thought and made some claaasssic mistakes but had a great time! (Thumbnail is particularly silly)

Integration by Substitution I always like using simpler integration by substitution examples to start of, things that students know how to integrate already that we can then use substitution to do before moving onto trickier …

I wrote a bit about it here! I always like doing reverse chain rule first and then showing how you can use substitutions after (like how you can use substitution to differentiate with chain rule although we usually teach it by some sort of INSIDE X OUTSIDE thing too)
