We found that the enzyme ST8SIA4, through polysialylation, controls their egress from the bone marrow via the CCR2 receptor, both at steady state and during ๐‘€. ๐‘ก๐‘ข๐‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘๐‘ข๐‘™๐‘œ๐‘ ๐‘–๐‘  infection.
