I’ve got a beat up second hand road bike on a turbo trainer (used to have my actual road bike on it but read about how they end up with far more stress than riding on road), connected to the free MyWhoosh platform, which is nice for measuring stats. Will get outside but major hills in all directions

Good mileage, I try and get in similar. And downhill has only eased in the last week or so started becoming more normal. But I’m at last confident at being able to haul the dog back when he sees a cat and we’re going downhill
Excellent progress! Today I walked 5.5 miles with the dog (who is recovering from his own op) I’ve been cleared to jog walk but hopping (a necessary precursor) caused some immediate discomfort lasting a day, so I’m holding off for now. On my indoor bike my ftp is over 90% of what it was pre accident
A smallish, ridged one metre and a half menhir appears to be emerging from a horse bush and stands overlooking a blue lake in the distance. There is a small clump of trees to the left and clouds cluster over the horizon but the sky is a lovely cerulean blue.

A small and very pitted menhir stands on a patch of carefully mown grass. Card behind are queuing for petrol or parked beside a new wooden chalet/lodge. The stone itself is shaped like the number 1 and pitted like pumice. You could fit your hand into the largest hole.

Four upright granite menhirs, of which only 3 are tall enough to reach, barely a huge triangular UFO/UAP like capstone. The sky is overcast and grey, a hedgerow lines the horizon with a single tree and below the dolmen are scattered stones in the grass, three forming an arc underneath the dolmen itself.
